Country notesUnited Arab Emirates

Court documents are prepared in Arabic. Each country (and in the UAE, each emirate or free-zone court) has its own forms, deadlines and filing portal; the lawyer adapts the document accordingly.

Documents in other languages may need a certified legal translation before they can be filed. Government, court, translation and notary fees are not included and are paid separately at cost.

FAQs

Will you file the claim for me?+

This package covers drafting and filing guidance. Filing or representation can be arranged separately with a lawyer licensed for that court.

Does a claim need to go through mediation first?+

In some countries and case types (for example labour, family or rental matters) a settlement or committee step comes first. The lawyer will tell you if it applies.

What if I don’t have every document on the list?+

Upload what you have. The lawyer will tell you what is essential and what can be described instead; the delivery time starts once the essentials are received.

Are court or government fees included?+

No. The package covers the lawyer’s work only. Any court, government, translation or notary fees are paid separately at cost.
