We collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, case details, documents and messages) to match you with a lawyer, run your bookings and keep your case room working.

Case documents and messages are visible only to you, the lawyer assigned to your case, and authorised platform administrators for support and compliance.

IQAI conversations are stored to improve service and, if you continue to book, are linked to your case so your lawyer has context. Do not share passwords, Emirates ID, passport or bank details in chat.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.

This policy is a template for the MVP and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
