Court documents are prepared in Arabic. Each country (and in the UAE, each emirate or free-zone court) has its own forms, deadlines and filing portal; the lawyer adapts the document accordingly.
Documents in other languages may need a certified legal translation before they can be filed. Government, court, translation and notary fees are not included and are paid separately at cost.

Mutual or one-way?+
Mutual if both sides share information; one-way if only you disclose. The lawyer will recommend one.
Can I add a penalty clause?+
Yes, though courts may adjust amounts they consider excessive. The lawyer sets a sensible figure.
What if I don’t have every document on the list?+
Upload what you have. The lawyer will tell you what is essential and what can be described instead; the delivery time starts once the essentials are received.
Are court or government fees included?+
No. The package covers the lawyer’s work only. Any court, government, translation or notary fees are paid separately at cost.
